Planning Board 
The Board’s principal responsibilities are the review of subdivision and site plan applications to assure compliance with the Town’s Land Use Ordinances, Subdivisions and Site Plan Regulations, and the Comprehensive Plan. In addition, the Board is responsible for the continuing review and amendment of the Town’s Land Use Ordinances and Comprehensive Plan. The Board may at times be asked by the Select Board to develop specific Land Use Ordinances for the Town under Maine State Home Rule Authority.
